regarding the article published on Journal current issue, Radiation-Induced Breast Cancer Incidence and Mortality From Digital Mammography Screening: A Modeling Study, Diana L. Miglioretti, PhD; Jane Lange, PhD; Jeroen J. van den Broek, MSc; Christoph I. Lee, MD, MSHS; et al.http://annals.org/article.aspx?articleid=2480762 I don’t want send a Letter to Editors, because it would be a waste of time and I am 84 year old!
It is surprising and distressing that, beside the Italian Oncologicts, also the Editors and Reviewers of the famous, outstanding, influential Annals of Internal Medicine till now ignore (better said, overlook) Breast Cancer Oncological Terrain-Dependent, Inherited Real Risk (1, 2).
The best fight against cancer, a today’s growing epidemic, is the Pre-Primary http://www.sisbq.org/qbs-magazine.html and Primary Prevention (3), based on bedside recognizing from birth with a common stethoscope the Oncological Terrain-Dependent, Inherited Real Risk, rather than the reductive, expensive, useless screening, i.e., the secondary prevention, as experience demonstrates (1, 2, 4).
Iin the interest of suffering mankind, I hope to read, in the next future, even in the Annals of Internal Medicine that the Quantum-Biophysical-Semeiotic exists.

Se le riviste di Medicina, che tutti gli Autori considerano autorevoli, parlano solo di screening del cancro – nel caso della mammografia possibilmente cancerogeno, in certe condizioni, come riferito nell’articolo – evitando di informare anche sull’esistenza della Prevenzione Pre-Primaria e Primaria, resa possibile dalla Semeiotica Biofisica Quantistica, applicabile su vasta scala, senza spesa e arruolando solo individui veramente a rischio, allora c’è qualcosa di assai sospetto nella presente lotta al cancro.
Quando per la prima volta auspicai un Magistrato a Ministro della Salute, molti amici miei mi scrissero o telefonarono, lodando il mio raffinato umorismo. Non avevano capito niente.
