This article, published on The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, is fundamentally biased. As a matter of facts, the Authors ignore CAD Inherited Real Risk, conditio sine qua non of CAD, bedside recognised from individual birth with a simple stethoscope, and removed by means of Quantum Therapy, as I and my Co-Authors have illustrated in a flurry of articles published, e.g., on Athero.com (International Atherosclerosis Society),CMAJ ( Canadian Medical Association Journal), and as a Lecture in a Congress of Federation Argentina de Cardiologia (FAC). (References on request). It is well known that 30% of AMI occurs in individuals without any of about 300 environmental risk factors, but positive for such a heritable risk. On the other hand, 50% of individuals involved by above mentioned environmental risk factors, including tissue acidosis, aren’t suffering from AMI.
