Come si legge di seguito, una mia Letter to Editors, inviata al NEJM il 16 Maggio 2019, di seguito riferita, è rimasta sotto moderazione degli Editori e poi sotto la revisione di Revisori per ben due mesi e sette giorni.

Dear Dr. Stagnaro,
I am sorry that we will not be able to publish your recent letter to the editor regarding the Hunter article of 20-Jun-2019. The space available for correspondence is very limited, and we must use our judgment to present a representative selection of the material received. Many worthwhile communications must be declined for lack of space.
Thank you for your interest in the Journal.

Dear Debra Malina Ph.D.

SISBQ mailing list, after two months and seven days "the mountain gave birth to the mouse". Compliment to NEJM. For 64 years of research, my work was rejected after THREE days from the submission! Throw the masks and admit that you have considered my Letter to Editors a great danger to the establishment. Through La Voce di SS my fans can realize the quality of medical information offered by peer reviews today, reading my last rejected Letter to Editors. The automatic response "The space available for correspondence is very limited, and we must use our judgment to present a representative selection of the material received. Many worthwhile communications must be declined for lack of space" represents the paradigm of hypocrisy. Confidently I suggest to you Editors, Reviewers and your loved family members to ascertain Constituion-Dependent,Inherited Real Risks, you are involved by, removing them with Reconstructing Mitochondrial Quantum Therapy, secretly, in silence, of course. Reconstructing Mitochondrial Quantum Therapy and mitochondrial impairment.

|At the End of 70′, I have discovered a singular mitochondrial cytopathy, termed Congenital Acidosic Enzyme Metabolic Histangiopathy, CAEMH, and I’ve clinically demonstrated over the past 5 decades that the maternally inherited mitochondrial impairment, is the conditio sine qua non of most severe and deadly degenerative disorders, like CVD, T2DM, Osteoporosis, and Cancer (1-5). Firstly, CAEMH brings about a flurry of Quantum Biophysical Semeiotic Constitutions. Bedside diagnosed from birth, Constitution-Dependent, Inherited Real Risks can be removed by Reconstructing Mitochondrial Quantum Therapy (RMQT, opening the efficacious clinical Pre-Primary and Primary Prevention, realized rationally in enrolled individuals. Interestingly, before becoming manifest, from the clinical view-point, any disorder, dependent on mitochondrial heritable alterations, is present from birth as related Inherited Real Risk (IRR), bedside diagnosed with a common stethoscope, and removed by RMQT. (1-5). Based on a long clinical experience, I state that it is easier and faster to eliminate an IRR, i.e., the pre-clinical disorder, rather than the overt disease.
