Notoriamente, nessun Autore ha finora potuto spiegare perché insorge l’Arteriosclerosi (denominazione di Lobstein; Marchand parla di Aterosclerosi: uso indifferenetemente i due termini: come K. Popper, non sono servo delle parole!) e perché evolve in modo differente da paziente a paziente.
A Calvizzano, Napoli, il 18 novembre pv., nell’Auditorium dell’Hotel Donato, illusterò la Teoria Microcircolatoria Semeiotico-Biofisico-Quantistica dell’Arteriosclerosi: gradito è il contradditorio, specialmente dei silenziosi Membri della SISA e dalla SIC.
Chi legge attentamente la teoria di Kevin J. Williams e Ira Tabas non può non ammirarne la ricchezza di ipotesi ad hoc, la correttezza politica…, l’adeguamento a-critico ai risultati del Framingham Heart ECONOMIC Study, la dialettica insuperabile, l’abbondanza di citazioni (240 lavori citati!) ed il vuoto assoluto di contenuti che aiutino a porre fine all’EPIDEMIA in aumento di CVD: “Non ha mai tuonato un azione se prima non ha balenato un IDEA”.
Con i fuochi pirotecnici multicolorati ci si diverte, forse, ma certamente non si fanno progressi nella Medicina. La CVD è una EPIDEMIA in aumento.
Ecco dunque i motivi della mia mail inviata al Prof. Kevin J. William, finora rimasta senza risposta,, che continuo ad augurarmi sia critica:

We find really fascinating Kevin Jon Williams, and Ira Tabas’s Response-to-Retention Hypothesis of Early Atherogenesis. However, no mention is made to the unavoidable importance of ATS Inherited Real Risk (1-5). For the first time we have recently described Quantum Biophysical Semeiotic Microcirculatory Theory of Arteriosclerosis (6), based on Congenital Acidosic Enzyme-Metabolic Histangiopathy-Dependent Arteriosclerotic Constitution. Allegra’s Syndrome (7) plays a central role in both bedside diagnosis and pathogenesis of the predisposition to ATS, highlighting the underlying micro-vascular pathophysiological mechanisms. The original and remarkable insights, physicians are given by this new theory of ATS into its complex pathogenesis, allow to understand the real nature of CVD, initiating from individual’s birth, and to perform its Pre-Primary and Primary Prevention on large scale in individuals rationally enrolled.

Dalla Teoria dell Risposta -alla-Ritenzione di William-Tabas colgo fior da fiore:
“A major mystery in atherogenesis is the well-known variation in lesion progression among individuals with similar plasma lipid profiles (see Reference 5959 ) and among different arterial sites within the same individual.6……….. The response-to-retention hypothesis predicts that these vessel wall factors include molecules involved in lipoprotein retention, which, at this state of our knowledge, means proteoglycans, LpL, SMase, apoE, apoB, and apo(a)”.
Ammesso che il Prof. Kevin J. William abbia compreso il non-facile STAGNARO-PENSIERO alla base della teoria microcircolatoria SBQ – a causa OVVIAMENTE del mio Inglese povero e medievale! – teoria basata sul Reale Rischio Congenito Dipendente dalla Costituzione Aterosclerotica, a sua volta caratterizzato dal Rimodellamento Microvascolare, con i Dispositivi Endoarteriolari neoformati-patologici, di tipo I, sottotipo b), basato sulla patologia mitocondriale da me descritta col termine di Istangiopatia Congenita Acidosica Enzimo-Metabolica – ICAEM – e quindi conosca l’importante ruolo svolto dell’Eteroplasmia mitocondriale, sia intracellulare sia intercellulare, per capire ciò che non ha ancora capito NESSUNO, lui compreso, penso che avrebbe già dovuto rispondermi.
